What a awesome place to get a haircut! Nana does all of our hair (except the Hubby, genetics took care of that), she was a stylist when I was growing up and now she still does the "family's" hair.
Oh, I don't mean to laugh at those screaming faces...bless their hearts...but those are just priceless!!! And at least you have the "after" pictures to prove everything truly ended well! ;)
Neither of our girls cried at their first cuts, but they were full of "death stares" the entire visit. HA! Now their hair grows so fast, we go every 6 or so weeks, and it's old hat...thank goodness!
I wish they would have had awesome fun salons back when my girls were getting their first cut - Brooke was 2 and screaming "it hurrrrts" :) Adorable pics!
Don't know how I found your blog, but glad I did! So fun! I'm also teh mom of Boy/Girl twis that were born January 2010. Just followed you - please come check us out!
Awe so cute. I really hate first hair cuts. My three youngest grandchildren are past ready for their first hair cut and I keep telling their parents to hold off.
Ky cried a bit at his first haircut and Acacia got so upset that she couldn't even go through with it the first time we tried! Of course, now haircuts are a breeze so don't worry - it gets better fast! :)
Aww. So cute!!
ReplyDeleteOur haircuts never go well either.

ReplyDeleteAnd my kids whine and moan about that too!
oh no! LOL!! I have taken my son to a haircut or two very much like this. But we don't have a kids' salon with toy seats like that - how fun!

ReplyDeletePoor things. Glad they got over it quickly.
I had the same moments too...several actually! My son got over it years after.

My kids want to go to a hair salon just for playing purposes now after I took them to a hair place for kids :)
